1. 8-12 years of relevant technology specific experience;
2. Application Design, Development & Maintenance of technology solutions in J2EE technologies;
3. Relevant hands-on programming experience in Sprint Boot, Data JPA, Spring Batch is a must. Experience
in Spring MVC and components of Spring Framework is also required.
4. Should have experience in developing RESTful Web services using Spring for CRUD operations
5. Should have strong Database (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Maria DB) knowledge. Experience in
PostgreSQL and Oracle is must.
6. Strong competencies in Security concepts, Spring Security, JWT, OWASP, Encryption in Data Layer for
critical data;
7. Experience in implementing caching libraries like Redis, eh-cache etc.
8. Experience in code reviews, mentoring teams, ensuring quality control, unit testing libraries etc.
Experience in implementing SonarQube is must.
9. Should have hands on experience on Reporting tools like Jasper Reports/i-dashboard/Crystal
Report/Pentaho;
10. Should also have experience/knowledge in HTML 5, AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery, or any other front-end
framework. Full-Stack developers would be given preference.
11. Experience in configuring Jenkins or any other CI/CD tool for DevOps. Should be proficient in managing
GitLab repositories.
12. Should have development experience in large scale enterprise applications like ERPs.
13. Strong competencies in OOPs concepts, Design patterns, data structures, algorithms, software design and
database systems;
14. Be responsible for defining and documenting architecture, capturing and documenting non-functional
(architectural) requirements, preparing estimates and defining technical solutions;
15. Experience in addressing non-functional requirements such as performance, availability and scalability;
16. Track record for excellence in previous organization(s).
